| ComfyFloor advances underfloor
heating technology providing the first complete 'dry' system comprising: High Impact Panel: A dense, monolithic structural panel, calibrated to provide a smooth surface and an accurate thickness tolerance allowing the panels to receive a wide range of floor finishes.

| Self Regulating Heating Cable: A self-regulating heating cable designed specifically for the ComfyFloor system. Using the latest in cable manufacture technology to provide an extremely efficient and economical method of underfloor heating. | |

| High Performance Insulation Slab: A dense, tissue faced mineral wool with a high compressive strength, specifically formulated for thermal and acoustic insulation in high performance flooring systems. | |

| The
system's unique design lends itself ideally to provide underfloor heating in all
building applications, including: Residential: housing, barn conversions, flats, apartments and conservatories Commercial: offices, retail outlets, hospitals and nursing homes Educational Centres: colleges, schools, nurseries and libraries ComfyFloor eliminates the delays associated with traditional methods by providing a cost effective alternative heating system. From ground floor upwards the system dispenses with all wet trades and lengthy closures. With its quick and easy installation, it offers same day use. After installation the systems maintenance-free design allows the user to set an ambience to suit their requirements and benefit from low running costs. By removing unsightly radiators it improves living and working conditions and saves on unnecessary heat loss.
Comfy Floor's unique self-regulating cable allows the latent heat stored in the system to be released in such a way as to effectively achieve desired living conditions. The self-regulating characteristic of ComfyFloor ensures that, as the room reaches the desired temperature, the capability of the floor to emit heat diminishes.

| In areas where a 'foreign body' (cabinet,
rug, bean bag etc.) has been positioned on the floor surface the ComfyFloor self-regulating
system will detect an increase in floor temperature and subsequently reduce the
energy output in that area to maintain an even heat distribution. The unique design not only prevents localised 'hot spots' but also provides a more efficient system and a noticeable reduction in energy consumption.
