In areas where a 'foreign body' (cabinet, rug, bean bag etc.) has been positioned on the floor surface the ComfyFloor self-regulating system will detect an increase in floor temperature and subsequently reduce the energy output in that area to maintain an even heat distribution. The unique design not only prevents localised 'hot spots' but also provides a more efficient system and a noticeable reduction in energy consumption.
